Jamie gets to ride the Ducati Panigale S and uses it to find the best motorcycling roads in southern California
It finally happened, I got my grubby hands on the Ducati Panigale S!
To find out what this awesome looking machine was really capable of I went in search of the best motorcycling road south of LA and used the southern California Butler Map for reference as we headed high up into the mountains, even above the clouds, it was epic.
To cap off one brilliant day of riding I stumbled upon some brilliant vacation cottages at the summit of the Palomar Mountain which welcomed us with open arms despite dropping in unannounced in the dark. The daughter in law gave me veg, fish and a bottle of whiskey so we could make ourselves a meal and a log fire to end.
The next morning the owner of Bailey’s resort shared his love for 2-wheels and reminisced his biking past before we took off for another day of fabulous roads before heading home.
